Return & Refund Policy

  • There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged/defective product or a product that does not match your original order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. Before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you through the process at our Customer Service number @ +91-9212106067. or send an email to support@mysystem.in.
  • Conditions for Return:
    • Please notify us of receipt of a damaged/defective product within a maximum of 24 hours of delivery.
    • Returns will take approximately 4 to 6 days.
    • Products/items should be UNUSED.
    • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, and invoices.
    • It is advised that return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged to prevent further damage in transit.
  • Refunds: We will process the refund after receipt of the product by KV Infosystem Pvt Ltd. Refunds will be processed based on the payment method used for the order:
    • Orders paid by credit/debit card will be refunded back to the card within 7-9 working days, reflecting in the next statement.
    • Orders paid by net banking will be credited back to the bank account.
    • For all other payment methods, we will issue a refund cheque made out to the name provided at the time of placing the order.
